SingerInMe.com welcomes you. SingerInMe.com provides services, described below, to you subject to the Terms of Service (TOS) as stated in this document and that may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS (this document) at any time by selecting Terms of Service link on www.singerinme.com web page.

SingerInMe allows access to the custom lyrics provided by you and others written in over 100 languages. Depending upon your level of membership and the browser you use, with SingerInMe you can:

• Access lyrics
• Create custom lyrics
• Edit and delete your lyrics
• Create custom playlist
• Access and play your karaoke files placed in your cloud in sync with the lyrics
• Load multiple track types corresponding to your playlist
• Create multiple versions of lyrics
• Provide comments to lyrics
• Create an offline version of your playlist

You understand and agree that any services and features provided to you by SingerInMe is provided "AS-IS" and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, and that SingerInMe assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications including lyrics or personalized settings.

You understand and agree that any services and features provided to you by SingerInMe require JavaScript enabled in the browser from which you are trying to access SingerInMe.

You are responsible for obtaining access to SingerInMe, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access SingerInMe.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of SingerInMe services and features, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. SingerInMe SHALL NOT REFUND YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT WHEN YOU CLOSE, CANCEL, or DOWN GRADE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND UPGRADE CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ANYTIME WIHTUOT ANY PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE YEAR. ANY CHANGES IN THE FEE STRUCTURE WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION.

In consideration of your use of the SingerInMe Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving the SingerInMe Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted when you join SingerInMe "Profile information" and (b) maintain and promptly update the Profile information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or SingerInMe has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SingerInMe has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the SingerInMe Services (or any portion thereof). SingerInMe is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the SingerInMe must monitor the activity to ensure that SingerInMe is used appropriately. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the SingerInMe Services are appropriate for your child.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify SingerInMe of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session (c) reset your password often. SingerInMe cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

You understand that all information, data, text, music, sound, images, photographs, messages, or other material ("Content"), whether it is privately or publicly transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. The rights to the lyrics in its original form belong to those who have obtained the legal rights. The rights to the lyrics modified to help guide users to sing better and help promote the songs are reserved by SingerInMe. That is, SingerInMe has the right to distribute those lyrics electronically or in publications without seeking permission from the SingerInMe member who provided the lyrics. SingerInMe does not control the content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using SingerInMe you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstance will SingerInMe be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, lyrics posted in its original form, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via SingerInMe.

You agree to use SingerInMe to provide instructional lyrics to help users sing better and have access to your lyrics. Should you upload images for your lyrics, you agree the images are related to the lyrics. Any other use than this may be considered a violation and can result in automatically closing the account.

You acknowledge that SingerInMe may or may not pre-screen Content, but that SingerInMe and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any Content that it deems inappropriate without any prior written or verbal notice including termination of the account without providing any refund of the unused portion of the remaining contract term. We do not need to explain our decision or reasons if we reject or cancel any membership.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that SingerInMe may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of SingerInMe, its users and the public.

The entire content included in the SingerInMe website, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of SingerInMe.com. No part of this website or any of its contents may be reproduced, copied, modified or adapted, without the prior written consent of the SingerInMe.com.

SingerInMe has the right to distribute the lyrics provided to SingerInMe electronically or in publications without seeking permission from the SingerInMe member who provided the lyrics.

When you (SingerInMe member) provide lyrics to SingerInMe, you automatically give up the rights to your lyrics and furthermore grant users of SingerInMe to copy and modify your lyrics for their use.

If the legal owner of the lyrics finds an infringement for the rights of their lyrics then please provide the proof to SingerInMe.com. See Correspondence section at the end of this document.
