Caution:If you delete your lyrics, then anyone who has referenced your lyrics in their playlist will not have your lyrics. Go to the Lyrics View page that you want to delete and find Referenced by others in their playlist as shown in the figure below.
Check how many have referenced your lyrics
For this tutorial, let us assume the following:
You want to delete your lyrics for the song La Bamba.
Type La Bamba in the search box and select the entry from the menu as shown in the figure below. Search for La Bamba
Selecting the item from a menu will either put you on a Lyrics View page or on a Search Results page when multiple lyrics of the song are found. If your are presented a Search Results page, then click on the title that represents your lyrics and which you wish to delete.
For this tutorial assume there is only one copy of the lyrics. Selecting La Bamba from the menu will put you on a Lyrics View page as shown in the figure below. You can only delete your copy of lyrics from such a page, called the Lyrics View page. Verify the page and make sure this is the right version.

Delete your lyrics page
From the La Bamba lyrics page, click on the Lyrics menu and then click Delete This Version as shown in the figure below: From Lyrics menu select Delete This Version
Selecting Delete This Version will display the dialog as shown in the figure below. Delete Lyrics dialog
Note:Once you delete, the Lyrics View page is deleted permanently.
Provide your current password and select Delete to delete this copy of your lyrics.
