 FAQ - What is a Lyrics Edit page?

The first step is to Sign In to SingerInMe.com
  1. Go to www.SingerInMe.com.
  2. Select Sign In from the top right corner of the web page.
  3. Use your Sign In credentials and sign into SingerInMe.com. If you have not joined SingerInMe, then select Join SingerInMe.
  4. After you Sign In, you will be taken to the home page.


A Lyrics Edit page is where you are able to edit your lyrics.

The following features are available on a Lyrics Edit page.

Features available on a Lyrics Edit page are:
  1. The Lyrics menu has New (always disabled), Edit This Version (always disabled), Create Another Version (always disabled), and Delete This Version (always disabled).
  2. The Account menu has Account Settings, and Contact Us.
  3. Can play a track (For Bronze-L, Bronze, Silver-L, Silver, Gold-L, and Gold subscribers only):
    1. Can load a track from your laptop/desktop. (For Bronze-L, Bronze, Silver-L, Silver, Gold-L, and Gold subscribers only)
    2. Can load and set a unique path to the track from your cloud for this lyrics. (For Gold-L and Gold subscribers only)
    3. Can Seek to a specific time in the track.
  4. Can change all the aspects of the lyrics. Select the appropriate Change link to edit the specifics.
  5. When you are done editing, select the Done Editing This Lyrics link. You will be displayed the Lyrics View page for the lyrics La Bamba.


The two (2) ways to get to a Lyrics Edit page are from:
  1. Lyrics View page.
  2. Lyrics Live On Stage page.


For this tutorial, let us assume the following:
  1. You want to edit the lyrics for the song La Bamba.



Lyrics View page

There are many ways to go to a Lyrics View page. Click on Lyrics ViewLaunch in another window page for details. In this document only one approach will be discussed.
  1. Go to the home page: SingerInMe.com.
  2. Type La Bamba in the search box and select the entry from the search menu as shown in the figure below.

    Selecting the item from a menu will either put you on a Lyrics View page or on a Search Results page when multiple lyrics of the song are found. If your are presented a Search Results page, then click on the title that represents your lyrics and you will be directed to the Lyrics View page.

    For this tutorial assume there is only one copy of the lyrics. Selecting La Bamba from the menu will put you on a Lyrics View page as shown in the figure below.

  3. Select Lyrics→Edit This Version and you will be directed to the Lyrics Edit page as shown in the figure below.

    Click on La Bamba to see the Lyrics View page for La Bamba.


Lyrics Live On Stage page

There are many ways to go to a Lyrics Live On Stage page. Click on Lyrics Live On StageLaunch in another window page for details. In this document only one approach will be discussed.
  1. Go to the home page: SingerInMe.com.
  2. There are two ways to go to Lyrics Live On Stage page from SingerInMe home page. For this tutorial we will assume that the playlist The Club - Dec 2013 has the lyrics for the song La Bamba.

    For this tutorial we will select La Bamba from the Lyrics in the playlist (7) dropdown menu. Selecting the lyrics will put you on Lyrics Live On Stage page as shown in the figure below.

  3. Select Lyrics→Edit This Version and you will be directed to the Lyrics Edit page as shown in the figure below.

  4. When you are done editing, select the Done Editing This Lyrics link. You will be displayed the Lyrics View page for the lyrics La Bamba.

Click on La Bamba to see the Lyrics View page for La Bamba.
