Offline feature - Rules to be observed
After selecting Offline from a playlist, you will be displayed the offline version of your playlist. Once the playlist is created you need to take note of the following.
YOUR OFFLINE PLAYLIST WILL EXPIRE AUTOMATICALLY IN 3 DAYS.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CREATE AN OFFLINE PLAYLIST IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES WITHIN 7 DAYS.
YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE OFFLINE VERSION AT A GIVEN TIME. TO CREATE ANOTHER OFFLINE PLAYLIST, YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AND THEN SELECT Exit Playlist BUTTON FROM THE OFFLINE VERSION YOU HAD PREVIOUSLY CREATED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ACCESSING LYRICS AND YOUR PLAYLIST AND USING OFFLINE FEATURE FOR THE REMAINING PORTION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LYRICS AND YOUR PLAYLIST ON SINGERINME.COM WHEN YOUR OFFLINE FEATURE IS ACTIVE.
YOUR OFFLINE PLAYLIST IS VALID FOR YOUR USE ONLY TILL YOU HAVE A VALID SUBSCRIPTION. YOU MUST EXIT YOUR OFFLINE PLAYLIST VERSION BEFORE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES. ANY USE OF OFFLINE PALYLIST AFTER YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED SHALL BE CONSIDERED ILLEGAL.
Maximum number of lyrics in an offline playlist is based on subscription. Bronze subscription can have up to 3 lyrics in the offline version of the playlist. Silver subscription can have up to 10 lyrics in the offline version of the playlist. Gold subscription can have up to 30 lyrics in the offline version of the playlist. If your playlist has more entries, then only the first n entries will be used to create your offline playlist; where n is the number of offline entries allowed in your offline playlist and that is based on your subscription.
The web page that contains the offline version of the lyrics must remain open at all times. If you close the tab in your browser that has your offline playlist or close your browser, the offline version will not be available to you and you will not be able to access SingerInMe at all. To prevent loss of access to SingerInMe.com you MUST exit the offline playlist by selecting the Exit Playlist button.
The offline playlist is authorized for use only by the paid subscriber and for personal use only. If it is determined that your offline playlist and SingerInMe account were accessed simultaneously from two different locations then your offline playlist may stop working and or your access to your SingerInMe account could be locked for further use.
If your audio (Karaoke, vocal, etc.) tracks are in the cloud, you will then need internet connection to access those tracks. However, if you have taken the steps described in Installing a local server on your device then you will have full access to your local tracks and would not need access to internet. Also, if you are loading tracks from your local device, you would not need internet access.
Any manipulation of data to circumvent the integrity of the playlist will not only destroy your playlist but will also prevent you from creating offline versions in the future and could result in closing your account without refunding any remaining prorated subscription money.
When you are done with the offline playlist, make sure 1) you are connected to the internet and 2) you select the Exit Playlist button. Taking these steps will allow you to create offline playlist in the future and regain access to lyrics and your playlist on SingerInMe.com.
